MOVZA Terms of Use
Learn about the conditions for using MOVZA and how to use its features responsibly and safely.
1. About MOVZA
MOVZA is a movement, physical activity and wellness platform that uses artificial intelligence to offer personalized conversations, content and workouts based on the information you provide.
The service is operated by Bruno Leon Milinov, the individual responsible for MOVZA.
These Terms establish the conditions for using the application and its features. Information about the collection, use, sharing and deletion of data is provided separately in the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account and your information
2.1. Intended audience and access conditions
MOVZA is not specifically intended for children. Accepting these Terms does not, in itself, authorize children or adolescents to use features that are subject to age restrictions. The age rating displayed in app stores does not replace the service's access conditions or the restrictions imposed by its technology providers.
The processing of children's and adolescents' data must respect their best interests and the protective measures established by law. Authorization from a parent or guardian does not override contractual restrictions of a technology service that prohibits such processing.
If MOVZA identifies data relating to minors being processed contrary to the applicable conditions, it will assess the measures needed to stop the processing, restrict features, contact parents or guardians where appropriate, and delete information, subject to legal obligations.
Parents or guardians may use the privacy channels listed in the Privacy Policy and in Section 12 of these Terms to report concerns or exercise rights relating to children's and adolescents' data.
2.2. Account registration and use
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information, keeping it up to date when relevant changes occur.
The experience is personalized for the account holder. Avoid sharing your access credentials or using someone else's profile to generate workouts, as recommendations may take into account goals, history and limitations that do not match your own.
Protect your credentials and contact MOVZA if you identify unauthorized access or experience difficulty using your account.
3. Artificial intelligence and virtual coaches
MOVZA's virtual coaches use artificial intelligence. Their responses should not be interpreted as individual assistance provided by a human professional.
AI may produce errors, omissions or inappropriate suggestions. Personalization depends on the information available and does not guarantee that every response or exercise will be suitable for your circumstances.
You may ask for clarification, explain that a suggestion is unsuitable and request adjustments. Do not follow guidance that appears unsafe, incompatible with your limitations or contrary to advice from a professional who supports you.
4. Health and safety during workouts
MOVZA provides support for organizing and engaging in physical activities. Its features do not replace assessment, diagnosis, treatment or ongoing care from qualified professionals.
Before taking part in an activity, consider your physical condition, your limitations and any professional advice you have received. Also check that the space and equipment are suitable and in usable condition.
Stop the activity if you experience pain, discomfort or other warning signs, and seek appropriate care. MOVZA is not an emergency service and does not provide in-person supervision of exercise.
5. Personalization and expectations of results
MOVZA's suggestions take into account information such as goals, availability, preferences, history and equipment. A photograph of an environment may help identify available resources, but it does not establish the condition, safety or functionality of the equipment.
Check the information identified and request corrections when necessary.
MOVZA does not promise specific weight-loss, performance, fitness or health outcomes. Using the application does not, in itself, guarantee those results.
6. Content you submit and share
When submitting photographs, audio, text or workouts from other sources, use only content that you have the right or authorization to share. Avoid including other people's data, documents or images that are unnecessary for the feature.
You retain any rights you hold in your content. Submitting content allows the processing necessary to provide the requested feature, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and does not grant MOVZA general authorization to disclose it publicly or use it for advertising.
When you choose to share results or images, check which information will be visible and who will be able to access it.
7. Appropriate use of the platform
Use MOVZA lawfully and respectfully. You may not use the application for fraud, threats, harassment, improper disclosure of data or other practices that harm people.
You may not attempt to access other people's accounts, exploit vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the operation of the service or bypass security controls and usage limits.
Access to the application does not transfer ownership of MOVZA's brand, software or visual elements. These rules do not prevent sharing through features provided by the application itself or uses permitted by law.
8. Features and potential paid services
Available features and their limits will be presented in the application.
If plans, subscriptions or paid features are offered, their conditions must be disclosed before purchase, including price, duration, benefits, limits and rules for renewal, cancellation and refunds.
No new charges will be authorized solely by accepting these Terms. Purchasing a paid service will require the corresponding choice and confirmation.
Consumer rights remain protected, including for purchases made through app stores.
9. Privacy and permissions
The processing of personal data is explained in MOVZA's Privacy Policy.
Accepting these Terms does not constitute blanket authorization for any use or sharing of data. Features that depend on specific permissions or consents must present the corresponding information and choices.
You may manage the permissions available on your device and submit requests through the privacy channels. Refusal or withdrawal may limit the feature that depends on that processing, as explained in the relevant notice.
10. Updates, availability and suspension
MOVZA may receive updates, corrections and changes to its features. Interruptions may also occur due to maintenance, technical failures, connectivity issues or the unavailability of services used by the application.
Significant changes to the conditions of use will be communicated through appropriate means. Changes do not remove obligations already undertaken or rights guaranteed by law.
In situations involving security risks, fraud or breaches of these Terms, MOVZA may proportionately restrict or suspend access. Whenever possible, it will explain the reason and provide support for clarification or to challenge the decision.
11. Closing your account
You may stop using MOVZA and request account deletion under “Perfil” (Profile) → “Excluir sua conta” (Delete your account), or through the support channels if you cannot access the application.
Deletion removes the data and content associated with the account from active systems, in accordance with the procedure and justified exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.
Check the confirmation displayed by the application. If an error message appears, contact support: a failure must not be interpreted as confirmation that deletion has been completed.
12. Your rights and support
These Terms do not limit the rights guaranteed under Brazilian law, including consumer protection and personal data protection rules.
The limitations of artificial intelligence, the use of service providers or the availability of free features do not constitute a general exclusion of MOVZA's legal responsibilities.
